How to Make Your Final Payment
Your final payment must be received no later than 90 days prior to departure. Credit cards are not accepted.
We accept final payments via wire transfer, check or electronic funds transfer (ACH). When payment is due, Thomson Safaris will email you a detailed invoice on our letterhead. Include your booking number with all forms of payment. For payment by ACH or for wire instructions, please refer only to the bank information below, in our prep guide and on your booking forms.

Once you have sent your payment, notify your Thomson Safaris trip planner via phone or email. We will then notify you when the payment has been received.
