What do you do? As a Trip Manager, it’s my job to make sure our guests feel prepared and confident going into their safari experience. From booking extra services to sending regular reminders and checking in once they return, I am here to guide our guests at every stage.
What’s your favorite part of your job? My favorite part of my job is taking the stress off our guests’ shoulders so they can focus on the excitement of their upcoming adventure.
Besides safari, what has been your favorite past travel experience? I spent three months living and working in rural Nepal – it’s an experience that continues to shape my perspective. I still crave my homestay mom’s saag dal baht.
What’s next on your travel bucket list? I’d absolutely love to visit Egypt one day.
My favorite safari animal is the warthog! Trust me, once you see them in person you’ll fall in love.
My insider travel tip is to embrace the adventure. Travel inherently requires a certain level of flexibility, and no matter how much you prepare, sometimes the unexpected happens. Remember, you have a whole team behind you to make sure that things are running as smoothly as possible.
