We have received a few questions about filling out the visa application form itself, namely regarding these highlighted fields:
Issued At (question #5)
If your passport was issued in the United States, write:
Issued At: United States
Issuing Authority: Department of State
Requested Number of Entries (question #12)
Your “number of entries” will be single unless your itinerary includes travel to other countries and back into Tanzania OR unless you will be entering Tanzania multiple times over the next year. Most Thomson Safaris guests are single entry travelers – check your itinerary if you are unsure.
