Rivertrees Country Inn

Reminiscent of its legacy as a former German colonial farm and coffee estate, Rivertrees Country Inn blends simple elegance and modern convenience. Wake up in your farmhouse-style room to the sound of the rushing Usa River, and enjoy a hearty breakfast in an open-air, thatched-roof dining area.

Days 2-5

Tarangire National Park

Visit AWF’s Canines for Conservation Centre where experts train sniffer dogs to detect wildlife contraband. Then, explore Tarangire National Park, best known for its large elephant herds and massive baobab trees. And no need to worry—with eco-friendly features like solar lighting, your stay won't harm the landscape.

Days 7-10

Northern Serengeti

The northern Serengeti is raw, wild and less-visited than other areas. It’s arguably the best location for viewing vast herds during the dry season months of September and October. The Great Migration is a perpetual, year-round journey featuring over 200,000 zebras and over one million wildebeest. With luck, you may witness one of Africa’s most intense wildlife phenomena, a crossing at the Mara River.
